For listed companies
SecondParty lets you decide, venue by venue, whether tokens of your stock trade there.
A venue that plans to trade a token of your stock must send you an Issuer Notice, and you have 30 days from receipt to object. The notice goes to the address on the cover of your SEC filings, and it can sit unread in a mailroom. SecondParty puts every notice on your desk with its deadline, so you decide in time.
SecondParty takes no position on whether to object.
All known affected clients have already been loaded into SecondParty and can be activated and onboarded upon proper procedures set in place by SecondParty.
